Palm Beach County Youth Services held their 11th Annual Super Summer Spelling Bee at Park Vista Community High School. 1st through 12th grade students enrolled in the Summer Camp Scholarship Program competed for a golden statue while other campers and their families enjoyed all the fun activities available to them at no cost.

In our series 'Behind the Badge,' we are getting to know the brave men and women of the Palm Beach County School Police Department, and the ways they go above and beyond to connect with, and protect our students and staff. We visited Greenacres Elementary School where Officer Carlos Rodriguez spends the busy lunch hour sharing a meal with students.

2024-2025 was a banner year for the "A" Rated School District of Palm Beach County. Our students' talent shined on the athletic field, in the classroom and on the stage. Community experiences took students out of the classroom and into the community for hands-on learning, two new therapy dogs joined our School Police Department, and hundreds of students started the school year at modernized campuses.
